3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

4. Return Process

To start a return:

3. Wait for return instructions and authorization

4. Ship the item to the return address provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Personalised Items – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of personalised products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Please carefully review all personalization details, including spelling, names, dates, and design choices, before submitting your order. We will create your item exactly as provided in your order information.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.
