Returns & Refunds: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if :
*The item is unused, unworn and in its original condition.
*All original tags, packaging, manuals and accessories are included.
*You provide proof of purchase or order conditions.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thetemplatesbffs.co.uk with:

* Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Return Process
To start a return:
